Review on ViiBE by Matthew Burnett

I like that you can see real time data in this platform.It gives us better control over our accounts compared to previous platforms we used earlier which were cumbersome as well expensive. We did not find any thing disliked about VIIBE but rather its easy use makes it very suitable even among non technical users. The only downside i would say was lack of support from the developers side when using some older models or systems so far there has been no issues found. It really helped cut down paperwork significantly and have more detailed information at hand regarding billing cycles etc It has been very easy so far as an implementation partner working at The Hub Network (Vivint) in Central Florida! I am having difficulty getting some features that are available from other companies but it seems like they will be coming soon - or maybe we just have not figured out how yet? There was no training needed when going thru deployment phase. We can do everything right now without calling anyone else about anything technical related which saves us time & money too!!
