I had a LoJack device for my car. This failed, I was unable to get an answer after several calls to LoJack's customer service department. So I researched other alternatives. CarLock was exactly what I needed! It provides an immediate response to anything that happens to a vehicle and is independent of local law enforcement response, which may not be immediate depending on the critical response priorities of each city or state in a particular jurisdiction. I can highly recommend Carlos. Peace of mind, timely notifications, so many features and puts the car owner in control. A very affordable option! As with any new tech app, there is a bit of a learning curve here, but I'm an older user and female and it didn't take long to get the hang of it! They have a very responsive customer service department. I am very happy.
