The printer did not recognize the black cartridge after following all the instructions and several attempts. The rest of the cartridges worked perfectly. I have also successfully used EZInk cartridges with my Brother printer. Update: After a recent firmware update on my Epson EC-4030 printer, already used cartridges are no longer recognized. That's Epson's problem, not EZIink's. The seller immediately offered to replace the cartridges with new outdated ones or return the money. Excellent support.
