This mascara works great! Works exactly like the manufacturer's ink and not even as strong as the "Not genuine interest in installed cartridges" warning (which you would get in an HP printer). Can't beat the price, I'm so glad I found her signature ink!

To be honest I ordered ink before my previous supply ran out so I had missed the return window when I needed it and the first cartridge I used was (802XL Yellow). used up perfect. My problems started with the next cartridge (802XL Magenta) and repeated for cartridges (802XL Cyan) and 2 (802 Black). 4 out of 5 cartridges I received failed. I have followed all the instructions. Although the description says they are compatible with my printer, my printer does not recognize these cartridges. The manufacturer suggested that I uninstall the latest updates for my printer in order for it to work. I came back for a full refund and just bought ink cartridges from my printer manufacturer.

The printer did not recognize the black cartridge after following all the instructions and several attempts. The rest of the cartridges worked perfectly. I have also successfully used EZInk cartridges with my Brother printer. Update: After a recent firmware update on my Epson EC-4030 printer, already used cartridges are no longer recognized. I made a mistake and updated the firmware on my Epson printer. Now the ink cartridges I had and the kit I bought less than a month ago no longer work. I'm not blaming EZ ink for this problem, I'm blaming Epson as they change the firmware on their printers just to cause this problem. Because of this, this will be the last Epson printer I will ever own. If you have an Epson printer, never update the firmware.

This company stands behind their products and their customers. I am very happy with the outcome of my anxiety about my first order. They offered me a full refund or reorder Epson cartridges. I am very satisfied and can only recommend it.

The printer works well with this ink. Good coverage and brightness when needed. Can't beat it I'll come back to these folks for the next refill. Can't say more than they are good with their product.

Have never used this brand of ink and am very pleasantly surprised. The color is clean and sharp. Perfect fit for my Epson Workforce. I haven't had to replace them yet, so I can't tell how long they will last. If I do I will update the rating. So far, so good!
