Epson did it again on Office Electronics

I made a mistake and updated the firmware on my Epson printer. Now the ink cartridges I had and the kit I bought less than a month ago no longer work. I'm not blaming EZ ink for this problem, I'm blaming Epson as they change the firmware on their printers just to cause this problem. Because of this, this will be the last Epson printer I will ever own. If you have an Epson printer, never update the firmware.
