I bought these to bread chicken and pork more efficiently for schnitzels, they are much smaller than my other pans so perfect for rolling meat in separate pans with flour, egg and breadcrumbs with minimal waste. Then I realized they could also be used as trays for small potted plants, for storing microgreen containers by the kitchen window, and for endless dixie cups of seedlings this spring to be carried out into the garden later. They're great for reheating leftovers and searing melted tuna, just handy little mini cookie sheets - we also use one in our living room brooder to keep our turkeys ("chickens") from splashing water all over the place. Chicks are very small creatures, but they have no problem stepping over the rim of these wonderful little bowls. Excellent very durable product!
