The easy-to-use interface, clear instructions for implementation, support from knowledgeable technical staff (including multiple US offices). Relatively inexpensive compared with other solutions we considered at list price level. I wish there were better integration between their products; it would be really nice if they had widgets or apps available for use instead of having two separate platforms as opposed to using just one like Google Analytics does. It's difficult sometimes when you are trying to track things down due to lack of detailed reporting capabilities; therefore you have no idea what type of traffic source was responsible for certain events. A good product overall, but not great when comparing features versus cost per client/user base. Simple customer relationship management system which helps us keep tabs on user activity, site performance etc., without spending too much time managing this task ourselves manually.
