The best thing I can say about Magna5 is that all its employees are very reliable. Whenever you call them, they always respond promptly. The second best thing is their speed with which they fix your issues as soon as you point it out. Nothing much to dislike about this company - except maybe the price. Their prices are a bit high compared to the competition. There's no denying the fact that I cannot afford to have one Magna5 guy looking after my company's emails. Their services would be totally worth it though once they become available for me. Email security. This was an issue faced by us as we were using our own email server. We had some accounts hacked in the past few years and we did not find any way or person who could secure our emails for us. We tried multiple companies but none of them offered us what we wanted - total confidence. And I guess this is something every user wants, isn't it? So when Magna5 approached us we immediately decided to give them a try and rest assured of our emails not being hacked anymore. I like the fact that Magna5 is able to provide a complete suite of services. They are able to provide the best of the best in each department. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. There is nothing I dislike about Magna5. They are very good at what they do. They have been able to help us with all of our IT needs. They have been able to provide us with excellent customer service.
