This toothpaste had an awful taste that made brushing my teeth feel like a chore. And despite claiming to be natural, it didn't do anything to improve the appearance of my teeth. The only positive was that it did contain fluoride for dental health. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this toothpaste to anyone looking for a beauty boost.
