Do you really need an expensive range finder?

My answer is NO. I have a 2017 Bushnell neo XS GPS watch and I really like it. (except the watch isn't that bright during the day) I also have a Bushnell range finder, but it's an older model. They don't have a vibrate or tilt mode, so I figured it was time to invest in a new rangefinder. I think I need the tilt mode more than anything because I always misjudge distance. I've used it twice and here are my observations. - The UPL100 is light and small so it fits perfectly around my waist. - I no longer need to know where the flag is because I can determine the distance to the flag. - I have more confidence that my swing knows exactly the length of the slope. - The display is simple and all buttons are in the right place. - It has all the features compared to those expensive ones and gets the job done. - The battery charges very quickly and I can take the USB Type-C charger with me just in case. The price is fantastic as I don't want to spend $300-$400 on a range finder. I plan to use UPL100 with Bushnell neo XS. They are perfect for my game.
