We used this with a nifty little device that sucks urine (and other liquids I think) into a vacuum cleaner. I wet the spot with water, then soak it up, then soak it in Shaner's solution and wait 15 minutes, then soak it up again. No odor or stains left. It saved my sanity! We have a 15 year old poodle who seems to have lost the ability to "hold himself" while working and can't figure out how to master a puppy mat. This stuff is AWESOME!
