This was installed on my 06 F250 for about 2 months. The year before I installed a K&N cold air, Dynomax 19410 exhaust, Accel coils and a Bully Dog 40410 tuner. Installation was easy and took less than half an hour as advertised. I was expecting a slight increase in performance and possibly efficiency, but didn't notice any difference. Because this TB is only 5mm larger than the standard 75mm TB, it can improve a heavily modified motor capable of higher RPM, but not a standard motor that runs in a useful RPM range. If I had to replace a defective component I would choose one of these, but for me it was a waste of money. Update: Installed almost three years ago and no problems, crashes or codes. During the annual emissions test, these low-tech guys always ask if I'm running on propane. I don't know if TB helps, but it doesn't hurt. From 85 km/h there seems to be a noticeable increase in performance.
