🔧 Improved Performance 80mm Throttle Body for Ford 5.4L F Series Truck And Expedition - BBK 1759 Power Plus Series Review

Bought this 'used' off Amazon. Came in the original packaging and looked like new. Easy to install and works like a charm, can't tell if there was a jump in HP or MPG as my truck is supercharged but throttle response is a little better.

Product looks great! It's still in a box in my garage on the top shelf. I installed it and had nothing but idle issues and other issues. Took my truck to the mechanic. He wouldn't touch him! Bought a new OEM! Runs great now. I've gotten out of my head! $305.

Good quality product, arrived undamaged. Installed on my 2010 F-150 Raptor. Then I paired my performance SCT with a larger throttle body. Very satisfied. A little whistling now when accelerating but I've heard that's common with them. No complaints!

Says to use standard TAC and sensor. I don't think stocks are compatible with that. 3 times went into "stall mode". Expected loss of 2mpg, was closer to 4. Changed to "Roadfar" 75mm, met Revain. Came with my own TAC and sensor at half the price of a BBK 80mm TB alone. Runs great now!

Received this and was very upset, followed the instructions to the T and it doesn't work. To start, I watched the bbk video on YouTube and did everything as they did in the video. So I thought I had a bad TPS, bought a new one but still no luck so a Ford certified technician came to my house, hooked up my computer, read the codes and tried to get that working. The codes said it was the throttle motor so I bought one of these and replaced it and it still does the same thing, 0 throttle response.

If you are unsure whether to buy or not my answer would be to just go and buy it but the screws and bolts can break so be careful as I have some really blue loctite at first now I don't notice it, but after driving a few miles I noticed a nice boost in performance. With the MPT 87 Race tuned all my other mods this 5.4 liter hauler gets, hey, it gets more air that it badly needs, its engines are all tuned for fuel economy and the hauling isn't for performance designed. This was installed on my 06 F250 for about 2 months. The year before I installed a K&N cold air, Dynomax 19410 exhaust, Accel coils and a Bully Dog 40410 tuner. Installation was easy and took less than half an hour as advertised. I was expecting a slight increase in performance and possibly efficiency, but didn't notice any difference.
