This was the second tablet I've bought from this company. The first dumped the garbage on the ground and didn't carry it to the box. I got my money back from another company. I tried this box because I felt it would fix the design flaws. I set everything up and connected. It worked for 5 minutes then the red indicator light came on. I unplugged it as per the instructions and plugged it back in 30 minutes later. It worked again for 5 minutes and the red light came on. I called the company and they said the box was so new they couldn't help me. I was told I would receive a letter from them the next day. The email didn't arrive so I wrapped it up and sent it back.
