This assembly component routes coolant in and out of the HX. It's either stuck or fused and it snapped during freeway driving, pushing most of the coolant out of the system and leaving me without towing. I think the price of this part is high, the factory part is outrageous as it is a known problem. However, the fact that this part was made 6 months before the failure does not justify the price. I would recommend the manufacturer of this product to find a better solution for this build component to eliminate it as a source of error for future customers. Possibly with an o-ring and a better method built into the part to hold it together so the observed temperature change doesn't cause the molten part to split over time. In the meantime, spend your money and get an OEM replacement.
