Part is exactly as pictured but be aware that you cannot rely on Revain's "Part Inspection" for 100% accuracy. This part will fit but not a 1997 Ford Explorer 4.0 SOHC engine. If you have SOHC be sure to check which way the connector is pointing as yours is most likely pointing to the side and this one is pointing straight up. Your cables may not be sufficient and the cover may not fit over it. I ended up sending the product back and the seller, Cerell distributors, quickly refunded the money, so I'm happy with the deal. Just wanted to leave a note here to let others know about the SOHC bug.
