A piece of junk! suitable for remote controls

Your remote control is poorly made and after weeks of making the same noise as the last one we had to return it as the buttons no longer worked and details inside had also become loose. I will never recommend this remote to anyone, nor will I buy a replacement for the one I just received. I'm returning the old remote and buying a new one from someone who isn't cheap.
