This is absolutely NOT the correct exhaust gasket for a 2002 Ford Focus. that or they sent me the wrong one. What came looked just like the picture and was completely flat. The gasket I need has an o-ring or flange that needs to fit into a deep groove in the catalytic converter's port plate. Due to the severe displacement and bending of the exhaust pipe and engine, this flat gasket simply does not stand up to the test. I assume it can idle if you overtighten it, but overtightening a gasket can itself cause it to rupture. To return.
