Thicker than most clear bags but not thick enough for large litter

I used to have clear liners and they always ran out but I decided to give it a try. I usually prefer flexible drawstring bags, but decided to try them out to see how they compare to the clear bags I've had in the past. They tend to be heavier than the clear ones I've bought from a big store in the past, so I gave them to our manager and asked him to use them and give his opinion. After using them for a few weeks, he said they do an excellent job of picking up the usual junk that ends up in office bins and from the kitchen with a large bin or bathroom trash. He said he doesn't think they can handle heavy loads like large amounts of liquid with sharp objects like boxes or plastic utensils, but they're fine for our normal day-to-day office needs. I brought some home because I like to use them when storing my wreaths, off-season clothes, and things I don't use often like a brazier or Christmas decorations. They're big and light, so they won't break wreaths, even thin ones. They work on hanging clothes and protect them from dust and flying insects when I hang them in the shed. Tip: I made a hole in the middle of the bottom of the bag big enough for the hanger to fit through and then hung it over the items on the hanger. I use a piece of string to hang the wreaths on a hanger. I then use a clothespin or chip clip to keep the bottom closed and this keeps flying critters out as well as dust but you can still easily see what's in the clear bag without opening it. If they have a lace, I just tie the lace and tie a bow. If you put things in these bags for storage or donation, don't mistake them for trash and throw them away (don't ask!). I find that a very good strength for my purposes in the stable. One star down because they're still not as strong as the darker bags, but pretty good if you live in an area that requires clear bin liners, and good enough for everyday office use. I also prefer a drawstring pouch rather than a tie closure. Recommended for everyday office use.
