The cutest and easiest to use for babies
Our 2 year old can put them on and it's great! He loves splashing around in puddles with them. I think they're really cute, they don't look vulgar like some brand character's clothes. This is our second pair. The strap of the first pair finally snapped. We missed them so much that we bought this new pair.
