Review on πŸš— Dorman 741-710 Window Regulator for Oldsmobile Driver Side by Jesse Stewart

Easy replacement part

We had bad luck with the original windows in our 2003 Buick Century (replaced twice!) and I was willing to try an aftermarket solution. Not only was this Dorman kit the PERFECT fit right down to the wiring harness. It was very easy to install. Here's what you'll need: - Patience (needed to remove the door panel) - 10mm socket wrench (to remove the 2 armrest door screws, 2 window glass screws and 7 screws holding the ESC and motor assembly) - some tape (to hold the window in place when installing new hardware) - that's all you need. If this is your first repair, watch some removal and installation videos on YouTube. They can be of great help in removing the door panel (which hurts). The extra set of plastic brackets is a good idea, they are for a one time installation. And the last tip. The rain shield on the inside of the door is a bit fragile (it's basically a big piece of plastic sheeting) so take your time removing it. Lay it sticky side up while you install new hardware and you'll be fine. Excellent replacement part with 100% replacement. Very satisfied
