If you are looking for a 40ft tape, this is it! The case is much smaller than the FATMAX and about $10 cheaper! The tape has markings on the back and a light-colored blade that makes it easy to see the dimensions. The best part is the finger opening so you can keep the strap pulled out without jamming and by re-sheathing the blade you can slow it down so you don't damage the blade.
