I bought this frame because I love how it fills empty spaces with blurry padding instead of just black bars. Initial setup was relatively easy, despite a few details that would have helped. It is clear that the instructions are a translation, but in general it is not bad. Still pretty detailed. However, it only requires USB 2.0, which is not surprising. So don't be surprised if you connect 3.1 and nothing is there. So you connect 2.0 and the flash drive does not fit in the space reserved for data transfer. I can appreciate that they designed it flat enough that the stick doesn't protrude past the back of the frame, but I can't connect my flash drive lol. I'll try Micro-USB instead, so we'll see what happens. Yes, and the supplied cable is also damaged. But once you're past all that, the framework is amazing. It's easy to send a few pictures through the app, but no more than 9 at a time, so don't plan on uploading multiple pictures. The touch screen makes it very easy to use. I love him so much! I can't wait to get it to my in-laws for Christmas and send them pics of their first grandchild as soon as I get them! I see them sitting in front of this thing for hours waiting for me to send more 😂
