I tried Eboost after hearing Jillian Michael's recommendation on a podcast. It used to be difficult for me to force myself to exercise. I was so exhausted after training that it would be several days before I could train again. I started with half a scoop 20 minutes before my workout and was determined to get into the routine. I gradually reached a full scoop. I can honestly say I don't remember the full transition. What I do know is that when I started I could barely walk a mile, now I can do up to 60 minutes of high-intensity cardio and weights. I can take Eboost on an empty stomach without upset stomach. It helped me start training and now it helps me get the most out of my workouts by increasing the load each time. Recovery powder is also very helpful on days when I'm overexerting myself and feel like my muscles are going to hurt. Recovery reduces or eliminates this soreness, allowing me to move on to the next workout faster. In terms of taste, I like all Eboost flavors. Watermelon Recovery is ok, not fantastic, but worth drinking for the results!
