My image shows how these amber glasses compare to red lenses when looking at the RGB spectrum. In their comments they say they block up to 500nm. The Dewalt Red DW0714 glasses block wavelengths up to around 565 nm, so they also block green wavelengths. As a result, they block blue well but not green and also look stylish. So if blue is enough for you but not green, that's great. But as soon as I got my red lenses I stopped wearing them as the goal is to block the wavelengths that keep me from sleeping at night and the red ones work better. I asked Element and they said they are working on red lenses so I'm looking forward to seeing if they come out with red aviator shades.
