I was starting to increase my mileage and wanted to buy a running belt with a water bottle cage. The belt is well made and has a very good quality. There are several departments. The larger compartment holds my iPhone 11. The smaller compartment holds credit cards, money, keys, etc. The strap is very long. After I adjusted the belt for wear, there was a lot of excess material left. You can always trim off the excess if it's too long, and I think it's better to be too long than too short. Judging by the pictures, the bottle was included. When I use my regular 24 ounce water bottle, it's too big to walk. It bothers me when running. I opted for a children's water bottle (12 oz), unfortunately it is too short and hardly peeks out of the holder. It would be nice if a bottle was included to match the size of the belt.
