Received a used product with a torn packaging and the seal of the bottle with the product inside had previously been removed and hammered into the cap. The contents were odorless and tasteless, and the best, as far as I can tell, is water. It certainly didn't do anything that regular water can't. Updated after pH test. EDIT: AFTER FINDING THE TEST STRIPS AND TESTS I CAN CONFIRM THAT THE "PRODUCT" I RECEIVED WAS *WATER*. THE PH WAS IDENTICAL TO TAP WATER AND COMBINED WITH THAT IT IS TASTELESS AND ODORLESS, IT COULD SEEM THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE A BOTTLE OF *ANY* CLEANING PRODUCT. THIS ONLY STRIP THE SCREEN FROM FINGERPRINTS.
