Received late, wrong size, return window closed?
The product was delivered late and when it arrived we found that the size did not match. The kit was ordered in 2T and the jacket came in the correct 2T, but the snow bibs came in 4T which is too big. We love the product, it's more the seller's fault for sending us half the wrong size product. We literally just signed up to start a refund and our account said the refund window was closed.
