Overall it was only good for me because of the unusual strap/adjustment and small features of this machine that I had high hopes for. such a disappointment. The biggest "feature" considered a downside was the small compartment that my iPhone could only fit in WITHOUT A SMALL UNPROTECTIVE CASE. Even the inner lining, which is supposed to act as some kind of "compartment/separator function" is useless and doesn't allow me to quickly and efficiently, I ended up dropping my phone and cracking my daughter's case, getting my device out and putting it back in. It has this "sticky lining" which I'm assuming is a material/gel grabbing feature to keep your items from bouncing around, not that there's even room for that, but it's annoying as hell. when you work and need to use your phone quickly. It's almost impossible to use unless you have a super slick phone, which means you have a chance of hacking your phone if you drop it, because if you're like me you don't like listening while jogging up, but mom calls. so you can use your phone! I thought I had more time to return this item but no, now I'm stuck in the trash.
