Very user friendly and helpful staff

It was easy to use, very intuitive for our customers who are not tech savvy at all! The customer service is amazing!! I have never had any issues using their product as far has support goes or when it comes time do update/upgrade my account (which they also provide). They're really great about making sure you understand how everything works before setting up your environment so there's no surprises later down road - which can be stressful if something isn't working right away like we've experienced from other companies that didn’t tell us what steps were needed until after setup of system etc.. We used this tool primarily around onboarding new clients into CRM via video calls but now its become an integral part within sales process overall since more people want access through phone instead traditional meetings where face2face communication takes place better than over.

Pros
  • It's very intuitive and easy to use, it's a lot less intimidating than other video platforms
Cons
  • It's a little expensive, but this is a business expense in our organization and it's worth the cost
