Review on Zing Ear 3-Speed Ceiling Fan Switch - Pull Chain Cord Switch for Fans, Appliances, Lamps - 2 Pack by Adam Gambel

This was a cheap fix for my ceiling fan. I thought I would replace the fan but this allowed me to fix it for a few bucks. There are no instructions for setting this switch. I'm a bit confused how to connect the cables. The holes on the back look similar to the holes on the back of a wall outlet, but they are not the same. The wires are actually inserted at an angle from the side. I have attached some photos for future users. If you accidentally inserted the wrong wire, you can insert the tip of a small screwdriver to loosen the wire if necessary. I recommend that you take a photo of the wire connections before you cut out the old switch.
