Review on Kessler Thermometer REFERENCE THERMOMETER Certificate by Sam Duppa

This instrument is high on my wish list. If I were anything more than a hobby cook I would buy this in a heartbeat. Digital or analog, no two thermometers in my house can agree on any temperature. Some are not even within 3 or 4F of each other. Digital also doesn't display all temperatures in its range; For example, one of them always goes straight from 102.0 to 103.1, then from 104.3 to 105.6, with no intermediate values. In an ideal world, everyone would have a precision thermometer they could trust. If I use a bad thermometer at home, I only risk spoiling the recipe. But if you care about labs, culture, or vaccines, you can't afford to be wrong. Someone's life can be at stake.
