Review on Jack Georges Collection Convertible Crossbody by Steven Notsinneh

Worst backpack I have ever bought. I am very disappointed in the lack of structure in this bag. The straps are of terrible quality and the bag literally FALLS on itself. (See photo) I will never in my life spend money on any other Jack George product. By literally folding in on itself, the skin is already worn and wrinkled like it should never be. They had to at least create structured straps as these straps dangle constantly and don't support the pack at all. If I could give this product and company 0 stars I would happily do so.
