It took a while but in the end I think it looks good! It's only been 2 weeks and people have already taken pictures of my jeep and gotten lots of compliments. I didn't use anything to heat the tape but it was a hot day and the sun was shining on the jeep so I figured that would do. I plan to take it to the car wash soon and if anything changes I'll update this post. My only complaint is that the only piece that doesn't fit is the hinge at the top of the hood by the windshield. (see picture) It's just too big and I'll probably just take them off. You can't tell unless you look at them, so that's good.
