The interface is easy to use, and allows the user to easily create a variety of events (including meetings). This is great for those who want to plan a meeting, wedding, convention, conference, etc., without hiring outside consultants. The scheduling aspect is also easy to use, as the scheduler lets you create multiple types of events at once. You can add multiple guests to the calendar at once, including their names, titles, and phone numbers. If you want to include a website address, or other information, you can enter it within the "Additional Information" field. After the event has been created, you can invite guests from your contacts list, or select people directly from your Google Contacts. You can also create reminders for your events, and edit them later. The calendar allows you to add notes to events. You can schedule recurring events, such as monthly conferences, and even create custom events for specific times. There are reports included in the software, and if you want to view attendance, you can use the report function. Reports show attendance, and give you statistics on the number of attendees per event, and the total number of attendees across all events.
