God I love hyper headsets. Unfortunately not from this provider. The product was not packed in bubble wrap, but equipped with a USB stick and charger like a business card. If you want to get this headset, just buy it from Hyperx website and don't waste time returning this product. Save the money and go to their website and be 100% sure it's intact. The $30 you save isn't worth the risk.
