At first I was kinda. i get what you pay for these things close almost annoyingly too slowly. I bought these to have my closets soft close. When I first got them I was upset with them compared to the Everbilt you can get at Home Depot for about 5x the price. But later, to my surprise, I found that when I replaced all 3 Everbilt cabinets, I got a comparable result when I replaced just 1 of the cabinets (which was less work!). Some doors needed 2, some just 1. I don't think they have the best manufacturing tolerances, or maybe I didn't align the doors to the ones that needed 2. Also, the hole bugged me at first because they didn't match up. where the previous contractor drilled holes in my hardwood. But have found that you can move the bracket so that it works if you adjust one of the 3 settings. damn cheap. I am very happy with them.
