It should be 22 "x14" x8. Actually 20"x12"x6". One of the latches snaps so easily the thing doesn't stand a chance of being waterproof. I'm sending it back so won't test it but one latch barely clicks and the other a Decent fit.If you get one and decide to keep it there are 2 protrusions on the cover that could damage your gear.It looks like they are attachment points for some sort of accessory and they are on clearly visible from the pictures inside. In my case they mostly press against the Leupold scope, so that's not good, a dremel would solve this problem (but then you'd have to add more foam.
