Received a transparent shoulder bag today and was very disappointed. The Velcro for the side pocket was damaged. See picture. The clasp is sewn crookedly, the threads are torn and missing. The clasp did not match the black lid of the side pocket. Unfortunately I need this bag for an event in a week. Now I have to send the bag back. I don't know if I can get a replacement in time. —— Designer Box 360 was very quick to respond to my feedback regarding a broken Velcro. They offered to replace the broken bag for free. The lucky replacement bag arrived just in time for the event. Everything was in order. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I remembered buying a cheap plastic bag.
