The ability for employees, as well as executives, managers & department heads within our organization is that they can see all information about their subordinates/employees at one glance with no delay or need of an internet search. For this reason I believe it's quite useful when you're having trouble locating someone quickly due too many people being under your command! Also helps reduce time spent searching through emails etc which could be used more efficiently elsewhere instead. It also allows us to keep track from multiple locations and easily share documents between colleagues without waiting minutes online just to send them something via email - again allowing those who are away have full transparency into what others may do next or even if its important enough (or not) that should go straight over. I like that we can see all of our contracts, what is being billed out vs paid out for each contract. It also helps us track where projects are at as well as who has worked on them. The system does not always work correctly when it comes time to pay invoices so be prepared! We use this software to keep accountings straight from day one until now. When you first start using it there will likely be some learning curve but once your familiarized yourself with how everything works then its great.
