I like that it's easy to use once you get used with how everything works! It can be hard sometimes figuring out what your next step should look or sound like when speaking into an IVR system (especially if there aren't any prompts).
If they could make this easier then we would have no problem using them again!! We had issues getting our phone calls answered quickly enough due too many people being off during business hours which was causing us problems keeping up customers' expectations while still meeting SLA goals set by clients/customers who were paying per minute rates - so having someone else answer those phones helped solve some these efficiency needs without costing additional money from my budget since i wasn’t personally answering all incoming call volumes myself anymore.
