Great for Call Recording, B2B Business Customer Service

I like that it's easy to use once you get used with how everything works! It can be hard sometimes figuring out what your next step should look or sound like when speaking into an IVR system (especially if there aren't any prompts). If they could make this easier then we would have no problem using them again!! We had issues getting our phone calls answered quickly enough due too many people being off during business hours which was causing us problems keeping up customers' expectations while…
