Although they were too loose and the right size and I have wide feet I sent them back because they had white scuffs and red sole - both shoes . I don't know if it was out of the box as they weren't wrapped in a bag; at least not well. Maybe they were used. I have no idea. But they cost $140, and if I'm going to spend $140 on a pair of sneakers, I wish they were in perfect condition. The return itself took longer and I suspect this is due to the price, but it wasn't more than 2 weeks. Also, the color is exactly as shown and it really is a beautiful shoe. I would say because of the length but also because it is for a very wide foot, go for the size. And check the shoes when they arrive!
