I am so happy and in love with my closets. Everyone who has seen my kitchen has said it looks so rich! We definitely prepared before painting1. Cabinets cleaned with degreaser. Sanded cabinets 3. I cleaned the central bank (or state of emergency) cabinets with a spray4. We used a spray gun and painted the cabinets (we painted the frame inside with brushes). The kit comes with everything you need except a paint tray and tape. I can absolutely recommend this product. The finish is beautiful. The cabinets look very rich and the colors are pleasing to the eye. I recommend using a spray gun for nice, even professional looking work. I really couldn't be happier. My husband was nervous and thought we were going to destroy our kitchen lol 😂 Now he's in love with her too and wants to start our next project! We bought two sets. One was enough so now we have more for touching up or for those little spots you missed. If you're standing on a fence, go ahead and walk. This product is of good quality. The paint is thin and dries quickly. If you're prepared, you can't go wrong. I will update over time if I run into any issues. 7 month update (March 8th 2021) I still love the kitchen, the cabinets are easy to clean, I could touch up a few stains but I'm one of those guys with the tiniest stains on top. I also forgot to mention the color is blue when wet don't worry I promise it will dry black.
