This is my second pack of Amala sponges. I really like their durability and the thickness is just right for washing dishes, wiping countertops and stovetops. I disinfect in the microwave 2-3 times a week. If something gets too dirty, I hide it under the sink to use for dirty jobs in the kitchen, e.g. B. to wipe the oven. After this use, it's labeled FLOORS, hangs on a hook under the sink, and handles spills well. They last forever! And no, they don't need to be soaked before use to soak up spills. Just don't try to fold or crumple it until it gets wet.
