I bought this system after speaking to customer service. These people are great. The product is wonderful. I bought this system and due to other problems I could not install it for almost a year. The transformer was defective during installation. I called their support again to see if they had any answers. They sent me another new transformer with no questions asked. It took me back to the 1950s when companies actually made their products beige. Our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels can run around in the backyard and I can sit and watch them instead of chasing them all over the area. I upgraded the wire to 14 gauge due to the harsh Kentucky winters. For those who install it themselves, most rental companies rent a machine that will cut through the floor, insert a wire into the slot, and close it again.
