Works as expected, snaps in nicely, color is a little crazy but that's to be expected from an aftermarket product. Opening, framing the AC control knobs with sandpaper (any grit will do) as they kept sticking when pressed, but after light sanding everything works fine. Also, some screws broke the plastic brackets when fitting the factory AC controls and lightbulbs to the new dash, but I found that out by heating the screws over a lighter flame (also a tip from Crutchfield's reviews) until they were moderately hot, well then screwed them in, which helped reduce cracks. In any case, the screws seem to hold whether they broke the kit or not. In the photo before and after (the photo after is dark, sorry)
