Pros: Smells nice and comes in an eco-friendly refill. . It also dried my hands worse than most other brands. I was hoping it would be as good as other reviewers claim because I like the fresh scent when I'm doing my dishes and it would also be more convenient to have a refill bag delivered regularly than to go to the store. However, I noticed right away that it doesn't remove grease like my other branded cleaner. Even with normal, non-greasy utensils, cleaning takes about 20% more effort. Then when I'm done washing my hands feel damp and clammy. I don't expect my hands to feel great after washing dishes, but this cleaner proved inferior to others.
