How could such a bad product be made?

After a month or so, the left earpiece stopped working (the indicator is off, there is no sound, restarting does not solve the problem). It is no longer possible to issue a return, although the warranty is one year in the description. Send to the Service Center. Thanks to Ya. Market for the science, next time I will know who not to buy from.
