Review on Monument by Christopher Theriault

We used to use MS Excel with pivot tables but after we started using monument it was like night & day! The data sets are now easily manageable as compared before when you have huge volumes of records that would require manual intervention at times which could take hours even days just because there were too many rows/columns involved while doing so - hence reducing user's productivity time by orders magnitude!! There isn't much out here right from customer support team (no wonder) till date who can be considered genuine rather than fake customers. Go ahead get this software if your looking forward towards realtime analysis where speed matters most then only go head over heels about monument otherwise look elsewhere! 1) Good documentation2) Support team is always ready to help3) The product is free until you need it4) Easy to use5) Can add any data source to your application without changing code. There are some small bugs here and there but nothing major. We used it to create a custom view of our customer's account history. It was very useful because we were able to quickly visualize key trends and patterns that previously required many different reports.
